- Only for girls and women

- Family income up to ₹1,20,000
- Class 1 to 8, Class 9 or 10, Class 11 or 12

- Register within one year of birth. Family must have lived in Delhi for 3 years. Up to two daughters per family.
- She must study in a recognised Delhi school and stay unmarried until 18.
