Someone to talk to

What you are carrying is real, and you do not have to carry it alone. Talk to a trained woman from the community, take a quiet moment for yourself, or reach a counsellor today.

Our peer supporters are women from the community, many of whom have been through hard times themselves. They are trained and supervised, but they are not doctors. If you need more help, they will connect you to a counsellor, legal aid or a One Stop Centre.
